Our aggregate liability for direct damages tied to a given twelve-month period caps at the fees you paid us in that period, or EUR five hundred when no fees applied.

Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected for consumers as defined in applicable legislation.

You agree to defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these terms, or infringement of others’ rights when you submit materials.

Danish law governs interpretation. Courts in Copenhagen have exclusive jurisdiction for business customers. Consumers may bring actions in their home jurisdiction where EU law provides.
